To schedule an appointment, please call 212.877.3062. Same day or next day appointment requests are given, based upon availability. New patients are always welcome.

If you have medical questions which only a doctor can answer, a message will be taken and your medical file will be given to Dr. Antonetz who will return your call. If your question is non-medical, a qualified staff member will be pleased to assist you.

Our office provides on-call service for emergencies and same day appointments (weekdays). Call 212.877.3062 to contact Dr. Antonetz.

Insurance

American Foot Care participates with most health insurance plans. Covered procedures vary with each insurance company -- office staff assists patients in determining eligibility. Please check with your insurance company if a referral from your primary healthcare physician is necessary.

Billing and Payment Policies

Insurance will be billed and the patient is responsible for any deductible, unpaid balance and co-payment. Patients also have the option of paying office and surgical fees in advance and then receiving their insurance reimbursement check directly from the insurance company.
