To schedule an appointment, please call (212) 877-3062.  

Same day or next day appointment requests are given, based upon availability.  New patients are always welcome.

Cancellations

If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 48 hours notice.  This courtesy on your part will make it possible to give your appointment to another patient.

Emergencies

Our office provides on-call service for emergencies, 24 hours-a-day, 7 days-a-week.  Call  (212) 877-3062  and a doctor will be contacted immediately.

 Telephone Calls to the Doctors

If you have medical questions which only a doctor can answer, a message will be taken and your medical file will be given to Dr. Antonetz or Dr. Bier who will return your call.  If your question is non-medical, a qualified staff member will be pleased to assist you.

Insurance

American Foot Care participates with most health insurance plans. Covered procedures vary with each insurance company -- office staff assists patients in determining eligibility.  Please check with your insurance company if a referral  from your primary healthcare physician is necessary.

Billing and Payment Policies

Insurance will be billed and the patient is responsible for any deductible, unpaid balance and co-payment. Patients also have the option of paying office and surgical fees in advance and then receiving their insurance reimbursement check directly from the insurance company. For your convenience we also accept the following credit cards:

Insurance co-payment is collected at the time service is provided.  Cash paying patients will find our fees reasonable and they should never be a deterrent to getting proper foot care.  We also accept the following credit cards:
